YOUR ROLE
- Operate in process-centric E2E teams along the Source-to-Pay (StP)process, M&A as well as digital sustainability and supplier engagement, responsible for the make and run of processes, tools, and associated projects
- Manage major StP-related projects/initiatives, including digitalization, automation, and simplification and measure adoption of deployed processes & tools
- Ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to the StP process incl. accountability for STP process related audits within Purchasing, ensuring compliance to processes and tools
- Proactively scout digital trends and solutions in the procurement space, manage regular surveys and benchmarks, and support new demand assessments from the Digital Demand Steering Board
- Enable and push data-driven decisions by organizing and managing information assets to generate insights for better and faster decisions
- Lead and deliver projects as outlined in the project charters and plans, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and within scope while measuring, tracking, and reporting on project performance and milestones
- Proactively identify and address areas for improvement, risks, and countermeasures, providing timely and regular status updates to the project sponsor and steering committee, and ensuring execution of the project communication plan
- Gather user stories/requirements, evaluate their relevance, estimate effort, coordinate feedback, manage dependencies, and bring project risks and issues to timely resolution, escalating to the sponsor as needed
