Technology Manager

YOUR ROLE

• Defines and executes the global technology strategy & roadmap, within the respective technology, translating future market trends & requirements into innovation, sustainability, cost, manufacturing and footprint and supply needs.
  
• Supports global business cases for innovations, manufacturing footprint optimizations, capacity expansions and business model definition.
  
• Define and monitor Key Strategic Initiatives & supports execution throughout the organization.
  
• Provides input to Manufacturing, Supply chain and Purchasing on footprint considerations and long-term supply chain needs globally.
  
• Optimizes product profitability and cost-of-good-sold projects on a global level in alignment with Product Management.
  
• Establishes technology assessments and definition providing global guidance & assignment.
  
• Leads global, cross-SBU, and cross functional Product-Technology forum & Technology Joux-Fixe platforms for cross-leveraging and steering execution of identified opportunities.
  
• Represents technology segment towards stakeholders (external / internal).
