Senior Supply Planning Specialist

YOUR ROLE

• Follow up global STI. Including, NES , Inv%, L16, ECSL.
  
• Other projects to support GCN end to end process improvements.

• Content of Accountabilities (Spent time %):

• Responsible for Daily FG and RM supply planning, balance demand and supply to meet customer needs under reasonable cost.
  1) conduct KPI performance management, including inventory management and OSMI management, identify gaps and risks during daily operation, take action plans to close the gap.
  2) Analyze finish goods planning, raw material planning, and procurement execution, deep dive in opportunities to reduce waste, set up reasonable planning strategy to drive consistent and accurate execution.  60%
  
• Weekly follow up OSMI, drive OSMI cleansing action with cross-function teams as owner. 15%
  
• Support NSP manager to conduct continuous improvement projects, to boost supply chain maturity and resilience. 15%
  
• Take initiatives in operation excellence and process optimizations to create higher value for the supply chain, drive best practice sharing, and coach colleagues wherever necessary.
  1) Participate in supply planning end-to-end process optimization, standardization and efficiency improvements.
  2) Lead projects for continuous improvements, drive changes in supply planning organization, and be able to deliver concreate results.  10%
