YOUR ROLE
- Ensuring data remains accurate and reliable by maintaining high standards and putting safeguards in place to protect its integrity.
- Addressing issues that may arise, whether human error or system-related, through consistent problem-solving to determine the cause and implement timely resolutions.
- Lead Customer Master Data (CMD) Projects, overseeing the integration of systems, data, or new organisational elements, working closely with key members of the data team.
- Managing the creation of new accounts within the master system and ensuring seamless integration with other systems to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Providing ongoing training to relevant teams and offering support to colleagues when they need guidance or assistance.
- Maintaining clear communication and strong collaboration with the Master Data team, the broader department, and international support teams to ensure smooth operations and teamwork.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
YOUR SKILLS
- The ability to work and run projects, taking into consideration all various aspects to bring to conclusion using own initiative.
- Previous experience within a customer service, or a supply chain role
- Knowledge of Service Cloud (Salesforce) and Customer Master Data
- High level of organisation, prioritisation and time management skills
- Excellent in problem solving, is solution orientated and has good influencing skills
- Good level of SAP and Intermediate level of MS office
- A customer focused attitude with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
