YOUR ROLE

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads in various industries. Manage and grow existing customer relationships through effective communication, regular visits, and technical support.
  • Leverage in-depth technical knowledge of adhesive products and applications to provide expert advice and product recommendations to clients. Address customer inquiries and challenges related to adhesive performance, application methods, and regulatory standards.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and reporting on progress. Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with the engineering, R&D, and operations teams to ensure product solutions are feasible and align with customer expectations. Assist in the development of customized adhesives for specific applications.

YOUR SKILLS 

  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support during and after installations, ensuring optimal product performance and customer satisfaction
  • Educate clients on product usage and best practices to maximize their investment and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and assist in closing sales
