YOUR ROLE
- Communicate MAPE, Bias and lagging forecast accuracy along with worst performers root cause and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project managers to obtain the best short, mid and long-range forecasts to meet Business Planning KPI Target monthly.
- Doing Analysis at different levels, such as customer, product, technology etc. to make sure to have a balanced forecast.
- Support Business Planning Manager to align with Controlling team and root cause Monetized Demand Plan vs Rolling Forecast (RFC).
- Data Integrity check need to be performed few times a month.
- Partner with Business planning manager on the demand review process in support of S&OP, S&OE and Demand Reviews.
- Support and participate in local supply review meetings in support of S&OP.
- Review History, Statistical and Enrichment alerts within APO.
- Adjusts the finished good and customer level forecast based on established processes. Communicate these adjustments to the cross functional teams in a proactive manner.
- Communicate MAPE, Bias and lagging forecast accuracy along with worst performers root cause and corrective actions.
- Review ACE to align forecast with sales and in APO for attrition, product transitions, and new business.
- Run sales reporting activities and ensure integrity and completeness of the data reported.
- Support Sales, Product Line Management and Marketing teams with specific analysis.
- Update and develop daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Participate in team discussions/meetings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for key meetings.
- Support the company’s culture and business mission by promoting communication, teamwork, and the respectful treatment of all individuals.
- Ad hoc Reporting.
- Work in SAP ERP,ACE.
