YOUR ROLE
- Leading automotive accounts in Turkey in line with Global OEM Strategies by Regional and Global KAMs
- Directly reporting to Automotive OEM Turkey Sales Manager
- Steering the OEM business with Global KAMs, Regional KAMs and to execute global and regional strategies in related OEMs locally
- Identifying needs of customers and finding accurate solution as a first point of contact with Global Technical teams, Regional and Global KAMs according to the necessity.
- Identifying business potentials in Turkey in related accounts and inform Technical Team and KAMs to develop a product according to needs of customer.
- Developing sales activities for the assigned customer portfolio across Turkey
- Preparing and implementing action plan to develop sales, increase the profit, and gain market share
- Executing customer roadmap and managing the closure respective CRM tool (ACE)
- Traveling around Turkey to participate in the trials of the customers in case of business necessities and analyzing market trends
- Performing forecasting and planning analysis for sustainability of stocks
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in Engineering or related departments
- 2 to 4 years of experience in technical sales
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Result oriented, self-motivating and team player
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Valid driving license and flexible for traveling
