Head of Logistics GCN

YOUR ROLE

• Leads the local country / cluster logistics team and ensures fulfilment of agreed KPIs: line 11, ECSL, Claims, etc.
  
• Drives continuous improvement processes in the Local Logistics environment.
  
• Co-ordinates regular meetings with other key functions (e.g. Customer Service),
  
• Participates in Regional SBU S&OP meetings on request and in regional logistics meetings – reports open issues, cost development, storage capacity requirements & developments.
  
• Assigns development of tasks and processes in the department, delegating in line with employee abilities and ensures that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards and local regulations.
  
• Designs the annualized training plans for their teams and reports to the Logistics regional head periodically on team and individual work accomplishments, problems, progress in mastering tasks and work processes, and individual and team training needs Establishes and implements best practices related to systems and processes in transport/ warehousing.
  
• Acts as second escalation point of contact for int/Ext stakeholders on any Logistics issues within the country/cluster.
  
• Oversees and manages the day-to-day operations.
  
• Takes responsibility for correct Invoice control / Cost control.

YOUR SKILLS

• Experience in Logistics, Material Management, Operations, Distribution or Supply Chain Management.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills with the ability to communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels and gain their trust in implementing key operational decisions that is beneficial to Henkel and our customers.
  
• Inspiring person that cascades the vision and strategy clearly to the team and work with them to move GCN Logistics to next level.
  
• Strong project management and capable in managing multi-tasks while meeting the objectives and deadline.
