About this Position

The Tech Governance & Project Manager ensures effective and compliant management and governance of digital technology and platforms within the Corporate Communications & Public Affairs team. 

What you´ll do

  • Manage and govern the global Corporate Communications & Public Affairs tech stack in line with the digital technology & platform strategy
  • Ensure compliance in tech evaluation and usage according to internal policies and external regulations and laws by
  • Implementing safeguarding guidelines and procedures (e.g., through regular GDPR and tech reviews)
  • Provide guidance, consultancy, and IT-coordination for global CC team on CC tech stack and compliance (e.g., IT & Data security, GDPR, AI)
  • Monitor the global IT budget for Corporate Communications & Public Affairs, ensuring accurate costs tracking and alignment with annual planning
  • Manage and continuously optimize tech processes and documentation implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What makes you a good fit

  • University degree in Information Technology and Governance or a related area
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience with expert knowledge about digital technology, IT tools, and processes
  • Experience in providing guidance and consultancy on IT & Data security, GDPR, AI as well as proficiency in monitoring and managing IT budgets
  • Strong understanding of compliance in tech evaluation and usage according to internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR) and ability to manage and govern a global tech stack in line with digital technology and platform strategy
  • Skills in optimizing tech processes and documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
