About this Position

As a Dispute Management Specialist, your primary goal is to ensure seamless logistics operations that enhance our customer experience and optimize transportation costs. What you'll do is essential in maintaining the integrity of our transport management processes, allowing the company to achieve its operational goals while keeping costs under control. You’ll be joining a dynamic, collaborative team that spans regional and global functions, where communication and teamwork are key. You'll work closely with multi-functional teams and contribute to exciting transport execution projects, tackling challenges and clearing errors as they arise. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a critical role in enhancing our logistics efficiency, directly impacting our mission to provide outstanding service to our customers.  

What you´ll do

  • Perform invoice checking and validation; Plan and optimize transport orders (sea, air, road, and express)
  • Coordinate with Carriers, Warehouse, and Customer Service concerning shipment status and revisions
  • Collaborate strongly with multi-functional teams on a regional and global level
  • Support the team to keep logistics costs at an optimum level and reach a satisfactory end-customer service level
  • Makes additional costs, or freight costs corrections in the Transport Management System
  • Handle transport execution projects, clearing errors and daily reports as needed

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related courses
  • Minimum of one (1) year related work experience in Supply Chain, Third-Party Logistics (3PL), transportation, import, export, freight and route maintenance; Preferably obtained in Shared Services Center (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS), or Business process outsourcing (BPO) industry is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement and Sustainability is highly preferred; Team player, with great attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP; Knowledge in Power Tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is needed
  • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
