Sobre a vaga
- Gestão de distribuidores ferragistas no Rio de Janeiro;
- Construção de JBP (Plano Conjunto de Negócios) com distribuidores de construção, focando no sell out e ganho de market share;
- Desenvolver calendários anuais promocionais referentes a campanhas de sell out, materiais de merchandising e equipes de televendas/RCAs;
- Avaliar, mensurar e tomar decisões estratégicas a fim de gerar o melhor resultado para o negócio;
- Controlar investimentos em rebates nos clientes, focando na maximização do ROI e cumprimento da política comercial;
- Acompanhamento e gestão de ações de sell out nos PDVs através dos parceiros distribuidores;
- Criação e acompanhamento de calendários focando em treinamentos técnicos e argumentação de vendas de todo o portfólio.
O que faz de você um bom candidato(a)
- Graduação em Marketing, Administração ou áreas correlatas ao comercial;
- Residência no Rio de Janeiro (capital) e disponibilidade de realizar viagens;
- Possuir experiência com canal de distribuição e familiaridade com o negócio ferragista;
- Utilização das ferramentas Microsoft Excel Microsoft Power Point e Power BI;
- Possuir autonomia e visões estratégicas de mercado;
- Vontade de abraçar desafios e buscar metas importantes para o negócio.
