Lo que hará
- Participar en la implementación del proyecto de nómina, asegurando la entrega de un servicio de alta calidad y a tiempo para el procesamiento de nómina.
- Gestionar incidentes y discrepancias en la nómina, asegurando su resolución precisa y eficiente.
- Mantener la base de datos de empleados, garantizando que la información de salarios y pagos esté actualizada y sea precisa.
- Atender consultas y tickets entrantes según el conocimiento adquirido durante la inducción, la formación en el puesto y el intercambio de conocimientos con los colegas.
- Revisar los casos entrantes a través de diversos canales de comunicación para garantizar su integridad y un manejo adecuado.
- Aplicar el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de acuerdo con los estándares ISO 9001:2015 en las actividades diarias.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua dentro de los procesos de nómina para mejorar la eficiencia y la calidad del servicio.

- Habilidades Técnicas: SAP, Excel avanzado
