YOUR ROLE

  • Sales / Distributor Management

    • Responsible achieving profit and revenue targets, take full responsibility for sales aspect P&L

    • Managing direct Key Accounts and communicate distributor stakeholders to deliver sales performance.

    • Deliver high quality account management to a portfolio of key clients in diverse sales channels (modern trade incl. Costco, supermarket, hypermarket, e-commerce, and, traditional trade covered by Distributor)

    • Maximize effectiveness of product visibility, rotation and promotion calendar at retail level,

    • Launch new products, optimize existing portfolio and concepts as result of in-depth market insights

    • Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

      Develop Business Strategy & Plan

    • Lead Go-to-Market strategy execution and planning, identify new prospects and business opportunities.

    • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

    • Establishes sales objectives by accurate forecasting and developing annual sales quotas breakdown by customers ; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

    • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

    • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and, supply and demand. Lead and steer the mix improvement for optimal trade allowance

    • Posses the deep understand about retailer’s key strategy, know about category, shopper and consumer, analysis market situation and define key opportunities for building business.

    • Design annual in-store display and merchandising plans, Lead and Implement the POSM/design/communication material for in-store event

    • Organizational Capability

    • Lead emery team include sales planner, customer service, trade marketing via continuous process improvement and coaching

    • Boost the company potential by persuading and cooperating cross-functionally with internal and international stakeholders.

    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

    • Maintains sales team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

    • Maintains national sales team job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.


YOUR SKILLS 
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales management in FMCG (must-have) with knowledge of multi-channel and marketing assignments , distributor management as a definite advantage

  • Proven track record in people management and talent development

  • Profound understanding of consumer goods market and current trends

  • Outstanding analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions based on different sources of data

  • Hands-on individual who builds trust, value others and fosters innovation

  • Strong communicator and team player with high solving problem capacities

  • High integrity, working ethics and entrepreneurial flare

  • Native Taiwanese and fluent English is advantage
