YOUR ROLE

Manage the production cell as an assistant of production cell manager; Optimize the processes with production line speed and cycle time improvement, cost benchmarking, and waste reduction through utilizing HPS (Henkel Production System) methodologies
Enable profitable growth with on-time new products production and supply; Identify and deliver cost improvements by seeking cost drivers for products manufactured at process and determining where potential opportunities for cost improvement project
Provide and review the standard operating procedure and relevant document for on-time release of products; Continue to improve production reliability through OEE and yield management, people capability improvement, and CAPEX support for the enhanced customer services
Analyze data to improve machine productivity, labor productivity, and yield; Handle daily performance management, AM defect handling, 5S, output, OEE, yield, and people
Ensure compliance to quality, safety, health and environmental policies while operating the productions; Enforce all company policies, rules and directions to production area
Facilitate and support the establishment of optimum and relevant supply relationships; Act as a liaison that links objectives of all business partners with the overall strategies
Support supervision and development plan of employees within organization; Maintain excellent communication with subordinate, other functional departments and higher management levels

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering or relevant field is required
Minimum of five (5) years work experience in production is required
Good communication skills in English and Korean are required
Excellent command of MS Office is required
Good skills in problem solving, continuous improvement, data analysis, quality and safety, OEE, yield
