YOUR ROLE
- This replaces position tasked to help M&C leader deploy digital marketing & media strategic tactics to the HCB.
- This role reports directly to the media & communication leader meanwhile closely partner with category team and cross function team, IE EC/T-MKT/Digital Transformation DPT across categories (Hair care/ Colorant / Styling).
- He or she will be in charge developing the digital marketing & media strategy & take responsible for the tactics.
- Lead digital always on content marketing, KOL planning & buying media planning & buying.
- This role is to ensure the digital marketing/ media strategy deliver the marketing objectives based on consumer & customer centric- insights.
- This role is also responsible for digital / media thought leadership & advocacy, raising the collective digital marketing / media acumen of the team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead team with 3 direct-report subordinates to develop retail business media planning & buying, digital always on social content, KOL planning & buying.
- Partner with category team for campaign support. Lead and provide strategic input based on killer insight of SVC (strategic valued consumer).
- Good performing in both digital & traditional media planning, media buying.
- Good external & internal stakeholder management skill/exp.
- Strive for the best win-win cooperation for both brand side & external partner/media platform side. Build industrial recognized show case.
- Keep abreast of the latest digital trends in China. Good coop relationship with key KOLs or vertical media platforms.
- Good skill & exp on people manage and talent development.
- In-house digital/media champion to continuously influence/ coach / motivate team member & x-functions team via constructive inputs in professional way.
- Supervise the execution to ensure the seamlessness.
