- NEW PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT
- Market intelligence: familiarizes with regional and local trends and consumer insights, supports the ideation process.
- Provides category expertise, runs portfolio review and identifies white spots, builds innovation roadmap for responsible brands.
- Executes assigned New Product Development projects including conceptualization, validations, development and implementation.
- Steers projects according to Henkel’s innovation process together with internal and external partners (R&D, NPI, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production, Legal, Agencies, etc.) to ensure OTIF delivery.
- Launch tracking: closely monitors launch performance and seek optimization opportunity.
- BRAND COMMUNICATION & CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT
- Develops brand communication guideline and assets, including communication platform, brand book, KV, brand video, pack shots etc, cascading to different channels to ensure execution consistency.
- Develop campaign big idea and corresponding assets.
- BUDGET MANAGEMENT
- Sets up marketing budget for responsible product lines and maintains tracking tool.
- Processes marketing spending in accordance with budget and improves ROI.
