- 负责推动重点零售商O2O生意发展(包括自营及O2O公域平台),能够结合全国O2O发展策略及客户实际生意状况,制定零售商O2O执行计划,达成O2O生意占比目标。
- 重点零售商O2O深入合作,协同客户组对接客户线上采购及运营团队制定O2O方案(包括但不限于产品分销、活动视觉、营销方案、数据、场景、社群、媒体等),实现销售突破建立良好客情关系。
- 赋能组织,通过培训、流程搭建、现场指导等方式理解O2O业务,完善线上执行,提升零售商团队O2O运营能力。
- 联合客户组定期拜访重点零售商O2O部分,参与客户会议。
- 结合总部O2O投资及公司价格指引规范,审批及完善重点零售商O2O活动申请方案。
