YOUR ROLE

• Play a key role in Henkel’s global talent attraction initiatives, shaping the company's employer brand and fostering an environment that attracts talents worldwide
• Collaborate on global projects in the area of external talent communication, social media, internal engagement and academic relations
• Lead content management for the global social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Plan, organize and join international conferences and university events as a member of the global team
• Monitor trends, conduct competitor analyses and share ideas and innovations in the exciting world of employer branding
• Support the team in day-to-day business and ad-hoc management requests

YOUR SKILLS

• Student in the field of business administration or any other related field preferably with focus on HR, marketing and communication 
• Previous internship(s) in employer branding, marketing or corporate communication
• Excellent English language skills, German is a plus
• Proven experience in applying office tools successfully (advanced proficiency in PowerPoint) 
• Creative out-of-the-box-thinker who wants to make an impact by bringing own ideas proactively
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership & eagerness to learn
• Daring personality with strong communication and presentation skills
• Availability for 6 months as of August 2024

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-2025. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
