  • As Business Development Manager
  • You conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends within the industry.
  • You build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • You proactively identify and pursue new business prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online outreach.
  • You develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market share, considering short-term and long-term objectives.

  • You develop and execute channel management strategy to effectively serve clients in different market segments.
  • You effectively manage distribution partners to achieve and exceed financial goal.
  • As Sales Support Team Leader
  • You lead and mentor diverse sales support team to manage administration support including regulatory, sampling, quotation, ACE data management and inside sales.

  • Identify new business opportunities by closely working with local residence engineers of western accounts and our counterpart in west team.
  • Grow business by leveraging distribution partners for the areas our sales team cannot cover directly.
  • Lead diverse sales support team to maximize efficiency of entire Taiwan sales team.


  • Verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to negotiate terms, close deals, and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Excellent networking skills to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing market conditions and adjust business development strategies accordingly.
  • Proven management skills in a sales environment.
  • Analytical abilities to interpret sales data and make informed choices.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop and implement successful channel strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools for efficient management and reporting.
