What you´ll do
- Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
- Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice
- Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area
- Monitors KPIs for engineering processes
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise

- Strong experience in Production Quality Engineering, ensuring high standards in manufacturing processes.
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Process Engineering, and Optimization techniques to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing and modeling production systems and layouts.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Project (MSP) and Project Management to plan, schedule, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Technology SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) and familiarity with HPS (High-Performance Systems) for continuous improvement.
