What you´ll do
🏆 Inside Sales (Remote Sales & Lead Management)
- Generate remote sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Manage inbound leads efficiently, qualify them, and decide on the involvement of a field sales engineer.
- Proactively build and develop strong relationships with customers and distributors through targeted sales prospecting.
- Collaborate with technical, field, and marketing teams to support commercial development initiatives.
- Design tailor-made solutions by analyzing customer needs and offering value-added recommendations from our product portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed set sales performance targets (KPIs).
🎯 Technical Customer Support & Helpdesk
- Provide technical support and advisory services for our adhesive solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in Dutch and English.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable products for their applications.
- Work closely with local engineers to find the best technical solutions.
- Identify new manufacturing opportunities for customer development.
What makes you a good fit
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Experience: A first experience in sales, customer service, or technical support is a plus.
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Curious, organized, and proactive, with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative.
- Proficiency in digital tools (CRM, Microsoft Office).
- A background in chemistry, engineering, or mechanics is a strong plus.
